Opportunities to Serve
University Place has a large group of resident volunteers who offer their time and services in and around University Place and on the Memorial Hermann Southwest campus in Houston, TX. Opportunities exist, through its Residents’ Association, to make University Place and Houston the best place to live. Here are just some of the areas where service in the Community makes a difference:
- Work at the University Place Convenience Store located inside of our building
- Assist the Dining Room Committee with seasonal decorations
- Chauffeur Residents and Guests around the SW Campus on University Place’s Golf Cart – The Gopher
- Assist the Good Life Committee with planning and sharing ideas for entertainment and cultural events
- Welcome New Neighbors into the Community
- Be a Resident “Librarian”
- Assist with University Place’s Recycling Program
- And there are so many more worthwhile places your assistance will have an impact.
